Self-hosted RTMP and/or HLS streams#85

Currently only live feeds can be done via YouTube, using the live stream of YT. As bigtech is monitoring what you say, especially those who have a different opinion to YT/FB/Twitter etc management, it is important that meetings can be scheduled using your own streaming server.

We stream RTMP and HLS using our own servers, I have tried this in Webinarpress.. but it does not seem to work.. so it would be nice to see that working.
